Lumenify collects only the information needed to evaluate private pilot applications, process inquiries, and operate vulnerability intake workflows.

Information We Collect

Pilot application forms may include name or handle, email address, protocol details, website links, areas of expertise, prior work, and a short application message.

Form Delivery

Application forms send submissions to Lumenify role addresses, including protocols@lumenify.xyz and researchers@lumenify.xyz.

How We Use It

We use application information to evaluate pilot fit, contact selected participants, prevent spam, and improve the intake process. We do not sell application information.

Retention

Application information is retained only as long as needed for pilot evaluation, operational contact, security recordkeeping, or legal obligations.
